Showreel Production Service - help

Q. I can't view any of the showreel examples?

A. You need Windows Media Player (WMP), to view the online examples. If you do not have the latest version of WMP, you can download it from HERE.

Q. I want to watch the showreels in full screen?

A. Either right click on the media player and select Zoom and then Full Screen or double click on the preview area when the media starts playing.

Q. The showreels won't stream, can I just download them and watch the examples off-line?

A. Yes, just right click on any of the links and select "Save Target As.." Select where you want to download the file to i.e. Desktop and click save.

Q. My internet connection is very slow, can you send me examples of your showreels via Royal Mail?

A. Yes, just go to our contact page and fill in the form with your contact details and we will send you one in the post.
